Book review 2013

Hello everyone,

I'm sorry as I rarely respond to your questions or comments as I'm not always on my blog..I have most of my posts scheduled according to the date and time I intended..So when you see a new post from me, it's not that I'm online and ignore your questions..I'll try my best to attend to all of those enquiries ASAP..

So what I to share with all of you this time around are just some simple bookmarks for the book review session at my university..

It is an annual activity where we will have an individual to review a book that he/she had read..

And every reviewer will get this bookmark as a token of appreciation..

With my signature bee to complement the saying - "Books are the bees which carry the quickening pollen from one to another mind - James Russell Lowell"..

So guys..Don't stop reading..


P/S: Haven't bought myself a new camera..The camcorder is not helping either..And that's why the pictures look like they surface from the Wonderland (^__^)

My signature bees, which was first accidentally made, is incorporated to this card..The big-and-the small design also appears in the Mother's day card.. 

Would you bee mine?

I wanted to create the bees like the ones I made in the frame that I came out with last year, but I forgot to add the antennae and the stinger..I was too lazy to add them and just let the card be like what you can see below..Perhaps I'll have them in my next bee project (^__^)

Instead of drawing the lines, I used some strips to create the flying effect..

Doodling around

I haven't been sketching or drawing for quite some time..So when I was watching tv, I would ensure that my hands work..And this is the result..

At first, the bees and the small plant were not there as I just wanted to focus on the love birds..However, the gap between the trees was an eyesore (for me)..So I included them in the picture..

I couldn't run from having pink..

..and blue to represent the female and male respectively (^__^)

The hardest part was to come out with these small creatures, especially the bees..But my friends said they're cute..Well, I guess it's worth it..The plant was replicated from the one that I created before..
