This is a mini quilling of a gasing (a spinning top) that I talked about earlier (minus the auger)..The gasing that is on display here is called Gasing Jantung (also known as Gasing Lundu), which is one of Malaysia's traditional spinning tops..It is named as such as it resembles the shape of the heart (which is jantung in Malay)..
